I read an article on Friday that said interest rates are still at an all time low (duh), but they say that in 6 months, they estimate that interest rates could jump 1.5% (remember, this is coming from experts who track this kind of thing, no one has a crystal ball)...with a little interest rate jump, it affects a mortgage payment by $104 a month! Now that is putting it into perspective!
