Good morning! I have to share a great meeting that I had yesterday with a possible new lender/teammate! I have been a Realtor for 9 years now and I have to say that I have had my share of lenders/bankers/mortgage brokers. When I first started, I had the best lender ever...but when the market changed-her company was one that got sold out and then it all changed:(
So, after a referral from a friend of mine in the title business, I met with a lady by the name of Cindy Emerine of Milestone Mortgage. WOW! We chatted over lunch for close to 2 hours...this is going to be good! Her business ethics and plan is very similar to mine in the respect that it's not about "stuffing" a client into a loan (or a house) just to make a paycheck. When you get in my car (or her office), you are treated like family...counseling and all!
I can't wait to send her a client and start building a relationship!
