I have a client who I am working with who is looking for their next home (I actually sold them their first home almost 8 years ago). The do have a couple of particulars that they must have...nothing crazy, but you would be amazed at the limitations this puts on our search! Our main item is a larger lot size...1/5 of an acre plus!!!! I think we have looked at everything there is out there...if you have any hidden insites or know of anyone who is getting ready or on the fence to put their home on the market with a large lot...please let me know!
